Hotel ini salah satu pilihan terbaik di jakarta timur. Terlebih kalau kita memiliki low budget tapi ingin fasilitas yang oke.
Kamarnya lumayan banyak dan tersedia juga untuk yang smoking room. Ukuran kamar cukup untuk dua orang hanya saja bagian toilet cukup kecil tapi ini sudah cukup baik.
Pemandangan dari lantai tempat saya menginap bisa terlihat Kota jakarta dengan keramaiannya. Recommended untuk menginap di sini.

Tasty breakfast, convenient room but the parking lot are few and located behind a tower a little bit hidden.

With such standard price, there is no water heaters in the room just because it's a "standard" room. Seriously? In other hotels with same (or similar) prices, water heater is always available in all kinds of rooms.
Also, please fill up the soap first before the room is occupied.
My sister booked two rooms online which (the hotel says that those rooms) facing each other + breakfast. After arriving, the booked rooms is actually far from each other. The receptionist even doesn't know that she ordered with breakfast option too. 😑
So far, other services in this hotel are good.

This hotel is located in the strategic location, although the entrance is a bit strange. Considering you've gotta come in from Graha Mir (the front building) just to get in here. But, you can easily access this hotel from Airport using DAMRI or from any where using TransJakarta. You just need to stop in UNJ Shelter and walk around 3 minutes to get here.
The staffs are friendly and helpful, and explain things as well for the guess. However, sometimes I don't understand with their policy regarding the deposit money whenever you check in. You gotta pay several amount as deposit, but since I did not have cash hence they did not insist. (FYI, booking from Traveloka/Pegi-Pegi is cheaper than book directly at the hotel)
The cleanliness is very good. The TV channel also good (but not in all room). One day I was in different room with my family and one of the room had a very good TV channel, but the others did not, so you might ask the staffs on this matter.
The room is not so big and sometimes I could hear the voice on the next room. But all the facility is working well.
The breakfast is so-so (for the taste), Considering they had many variant of menu.
As a conclusion, I guess this hotel is quite good and worth the price for you that has to stay for short business trip, or family holiday, or just to have short getaway from home while everybody's away.

i live nearby the hotel. the attitude of the staffs are unbelievably rude. the employers frequently stay on stairs which suppose to be the emergency exit and keep cat calling the people in the neighborhood, especially women. they need more training about how to behave well and to be more polite. really annoying. hopefully this review can reach the managerial officer.

Decent for spending night, but never consider this hotel for meeting or any business purposes.
Extremely poor internet connection when shared with your business partners;
No soundproof walls to keep your partners focus;
Poor lighting for documentation, and poor lighting in certain areas such as bathroom and corners;

Pretty neat budget hotel.
Located right in the front of transjakarta station.
Lots of street food vendor nearby
No issue so far.

It is a little bit confusing finding this hotel, because we need to go through the basement of the front building first. But the room is great. Very comfy and clean. There is a sitting place while we take a shower.

Friendly staff, good service. But the bathroom was not clean. Hairs on the floor, toilet and shower.
Asked for a non smoker room, but it smelled like there was smoked inside.
2 big mistakes are not coincidence, so 3 stars max

Not much but the room is quite spacious and comfortable. For you who does not smoke don't forget to book non smoking room.

Friendly staffs, clean room and easy access. The breakfast is standard (it is only to fulfil your energy to prepare your activity. Sometimes the water is bit smelly. Overall the hotel is convenient.

Actually a good hotel with quiet ambiance. Breakfast were okay, but could have been better with more various option. The only downside is it not easily recognized from main street (Jl. Pemuda), as you need to access it from Graha MIR.
