The good things are it has swimming pool and sauna. It also open at night. The fitness center is not crowded, so for me it's a good thing.

The name confused us
But the only Spa they over in this Life Spa & Fitness Centre here is only sauna
But it overed an affordable fitness and swimming pool for your workout
It located in one of building inside Arkadia office complex, so mostly who's come is people who work nearby
