The pro side is, nothing problem with hotel
The downside is the location of the hotel area that far from the megamall i guess.
other than that, it was an awesome place to stay.

Held my wedding reception here years ago. it was pool party, the staff really did a good job. the place was nice, not too big not too small. the food was delicious. Thank you very much.....

Hotel room was nice and clean, but the tv remote is broken and we can't adjust the thermostat. request for the corner room if you want to see the beautiful view of sunrise.
Room service was so good too. breakfast was ok.
location are quite near to shopping place, tourist place at north jakarta and airport.
I will recommend you to stay at this hotel.

The facilities at the hotel are very good. Room service menu need to be improved in terms of choices and prices. Before booking I found in a website that the hotel offers shuttle bus services to and from Airport, but the receptionist is not aware of it. Perhaps the service had been discontinued now.

I was book 1 night reservation on Aug 10, 2017 for stay on Dec 9, 2017. Booking was easy, payment confirmed. But I have problem when checking in. The officer at front desk said that the hotel haven't received my payment. How come? I have all my proof, receipt, screenshot when I did the reservation. I have proof of booking confirmation and payment confirmation. He asked me to check with my bank. Lucky, the bank confirm that there was no transaction on 10 Aug for this hotel.
It was unusual that online reservation did not deduct payment at that time.
After check in to the room, there was no toiletries ready in the bathroom. No towel, soap, shampoo, etc.
Not only that, my son was injured in his hand because there was a nail coming out of the couch

This hotel is sucks...not recommended

This was my second time to stay in this hotel. We chosen this hotel due to its location to our meeting points. (I brought 4 other guests who all complaint about the hotel's service and rooms). The hotel's customer service esp. in the reception is extremely poor and below par. Hotel is old, dirty and presentation is not good. (holes on bed cover, yellow bath towels)

4 Issues:

Issue 1: Had issues from the moment I checked in. I booked & confirmed for a King Deluxe Room but was given twin room without being advised first hand. When I asked the receptionist, this lady said no other room but if I want, I can have smoking room. I advised her that this is not what I booked for. She didn't want to listen and argued that i booked twin room. I have to show her my direct online booking with the hotel to her. She didn't apologize. Then a gentleman called Sonny stepped in and said that he will place me in Level 17 Floor to fix this issue. But I have to wait til 11pm before I can go to my room. I advised him that I have been up since 4am that morning due to overseas flight and I have morning business meeting tomorrow. He advised nothing can be done. I waited. NO EMPATHY. I asked for the Manager to call me tomorrow morning but no one rings. When I got to the room, no hand towel or bath mat.

2nd issue: No hot water on my second night. I complained and was advised that there are some maintenance work being done on the hot water. I asked them that they should at least give notice to the guests so that we can get prepared. No apology. Again, I asked for manager to call me. No one calls

3rd Issue: I booked 2 room. The other room is twin room and checked out a day before me. When I handled the check out, the checkout receptionist suggested that I checked out my room instead of the twin room. I have to again explain to this lady who is so stubborn and insisted to check me out on my room. I have to show her my booking again. She then realised & completed the checkout process. She then asked me to check out my room and move to this room. I asked her why and she said this is because the room I am in now is on executive floor and I need to move down. I asked her that I didn’t asked for this room and I was allocated due to their mistake. I also asked her why am I going to twin room when I asked for King Room. This receptionist doesn’t seem to know what to do. I then asked again to get the Duty Manager to come out. I then explained to her which she then apologized. I also asked for her General Manager to call me. She reluctant and suggested that I have to go through her boss, which is the Front Office Manager. I met this Front Office Manager the next morning in breakfast room and expressed my utter disappointment.

Issue 4: Light flickering and water tap leaking.
Overall, very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to stay here. Doesn't deserve the money and customer service is very bad. Receptionist not willing to listen to guests and when realized in the wrongs, they would ignore the topic and try to brush you off.

**Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be disappointed!!**

The location is good and friendly service. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta. Just need to improve on the access card as I had to change few times. Overall is good

The hotel is in a really bad shape. Strangely it it's advertised as 5 star but I don't think it should be even 3 star. The pillow covers and bed sheets have holes in them. Poorly kept. There were no face towels available and we had to request them. Other towels were also of inferior quality. The interior also needs attention. Asked the hotel housekeeping to provide iron and ironing board and they refused that they dont provide it.

Only thing good was that we were allowed late checkout as we booked directly from hotel website.

Would not recommend this hotel to others.

Old type of hotel but our stay was just nice. Breakfast was just okay. Not so good, not so bad. They're few varieties of so-called international buffet menu. Just few feedback, on our 2nd day of stay in the hotel, laundry service wake us up from our sleep and with our surprise, they even open our door to check if there’s any guests inside. Was it part of their standards? Aside to that, we didn’t inform anyone to clean up our room. We leave our valuable things on the drawers of the room (as the safe lock was not big enough to keep our things) including laptops, others gadgets and including foreign money currencies and to our surprise when we got back from our whole day tour, our room was cleaned up. Where’s the privacy of the guests?

Location wise is good, just next to Mangga Dua ITC, good place to visit to buy local products at super low prices. Good space for Suite room. Old hotel but well maintained. They have taxi stand right in front of Hotel, using Blue Bird, the most reliable taxi company in Jakarta.

The room is spacious and comfortable, but needs renovation. Especially the toilet. Other than that the location is great just beside it Mangga Dua where you can purchase cheap products

We took two connecting rooms for my family of 4. Room 1 had a clogged bathroom sink which made water drain very slowly. Room 2 was furnished with only one towel for a room that is supposed to accommodate both my husband and I and our baby. The baby cot was provided with a pillow but no blanket. There was no floor towel provided so the wet floor was a danger to us due to the risk of slipping. No face/hand towels provided despite having the railings for them. Room 2 bathroom faucet is loose and risks coming off. In terms of breakfast at L'Avant, the choices were good but taste wise just average. The omelettes were prepared in advance and so they were cold by the time we were served them. Food that is supposed to be warm/hot should never be served cold or prepared in advance for risk of bad taste/food spoiling. The Japanese food section was a good effort but lacking in taste and presentation. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Location wise this hotel is awesome as it has a connecting door to Manggar Dua.

I always stay here when I go to Jakarta. Nice place to stay with clean room and good service, they also have a very delicious breakfasts. The hotel has exclusive access to Orion Mangga Dua.

It used to be Dusit Hotel before the renovation and became a more "grandeur" in interior and room design.
One thing tough about their lobby entrance boys, we didn't really mind opening the door to our car on the lobby, but its my first time on a 4-5 stars hotel that no one came and opened our car door. I was thinking of using the vallet service then and end up parked the car my self because no one approached us at the lobby.
Other than the lobby entrance, overall it's a great hotel.

Been here for almost all my trips. Always feel like home when you reach the hotel as warm smile and nice gestures of welcome each time I'm back at the hotel. A hotel with easily access to all the parts of the city and taxi or grab readily available to send to your destination. Also around the area there's abundance of local street food that no to be missed during the trips. Overall always happy with my stay here.

Excellent hotel, for the price you get unbelievable value. If it were not for the location being rather poor (not very much to do in North Jakarta if you're not going to a theme park), I'd give this place 5 stars.

Never been to Indonesia before.

The personal working at the hotel is very nice and kind.

The Arabic Priest/IMAM sounding loud several hours every day in the public room, and completely taking over of the public space, is a very big disaster. I won't come come back to neither Indonesia or to Jakarta or to this Hotel if this condition won't be changed and removed from the public space.

The Hotel is rather old. They have private access to go to ITC , Pasar pagi, Orion, Harco & Mangga Dua Mall. The hotel service is excellent. That time, my kids leave their short & shoes when we'd check out. 2 days after, the staff from lost & found department was called me. I'am thankful about it 😀

By international standard this hotel is no where close to a 4 star hotel, to top it off the room was dusty and old. The breakfast was horrible with limited choices. The staff seem reluctant to assist customers. Would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone except my enemies.

The hotel is very dated and service is ok. The room we stayed in was hot and moldy. When we called for an extra towel, it took well over an hour.

Location wise, it is centralized and close by the China Town.

Very good hotel, clean but the towel overused need to be replaced.
Buffet breakfast need more variety of international food. Because most of the buffet breakfast are Indonesian food although they have more than 25% of their customers are none Indonesian during my period of stay (May 24' 2015) until (May 31' 2015) 7 nights.
