The service is basically good. But the line up was loooong enough when they have promotion menu especially in meal time. I was line up for 90 minutes for take away order. 90 minutes!! They should open all the cashier and put some extra staff to help the cashier, since the cashier do all the package as well.
And please, when you want to buy the promotion menu, dont come in meal time. Take time 1 hour before meal time to avoid long queue. That's my suggestion.
Talking about place, it has their own building and wide parking area. It also has plenty seatings so you can come in a group. But no special room for special occasion.

Wanna eat fastfood without being distrub by noise, you should try to eat in here

Quick service. Food wasn't really hot when received. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a hot light for a few hours. Other then that, nice friendly service and clean.

Best fried chicken! But their salted egg chicken is not as good as i expected.

Decent place for KFC Outlet. Good Parking space, but if rainy it will be a bit trouble since there is no roof.
