Bad service.....
I booked 2 suite rooms at Aston cirebon hotel for 3 consecutive nights for my guest (an important person) who meant to spent holiday with his family for date 5-8 May 2016. Those booking had been fully paid by 29 Apr 2016 with cost of IDR 9.1 million. I was told by KAHA call centre that my guest only need to mention his name for check-in. I thought no issue on this and informed my guest to just mention his name. I also gave my guest the booking code that I got from KAHA travel which later on i was being infomed that it was not usable at all. There will be another booking code to hotel that i'm not being informed by the call centre. At 4 May 2016, my guest make a call to the hotel to confirm on the booking of 5-8 May 2016, he was not allowed. He called couple of times but somehow he still not succeed to obtained its check-in confirmation. The hotel asking him to call the travel agent. My guest tried to called me but not succeed as i went to oversees for holiday. He was then gave up and luckily still manage to get a different hotel. The hotel was simply recorded this booking as no show and not even invite my guest to come to hotel for a thorough confirmation. And i was also informed by the travel agent over the complain that there are 2 different guest with the same name at that day. Simple logic, there will be no fools that booked 2 suite room and not show up for check-in at holiday time.
My dissappoinment are:
1. I was not being informed for the proper booking code for check-in. This is clearly KAHA travel fault
2. I was informed that my guest only need to mention his name and he will be able to check-in. I believe KAHA have the phone recording for this.
Therefore, i will not meant to blam the Aston Cirebon Hotel in this case as i was dealt with KAHA travel instead.
I had kept calling the call centre for complaining and asking KAHA manager or at least the appropriate in-charge PIC to call me for compensation. Until now, only staff level replied me without a solution. Through this note, i hope the KAHA Management can take a wise decision for compensation i.e. Refund it all

مكتب ممتاز جداً.. دبروا لي حجز في فندق سيروني 3 في بونتشاك.. علماً بأن المكتب لا يتعامل مع فندق سيروني لكن توجد موظفة هناك خدومة سوت لي حجز بواسطتها لمعرفتها الموظفين في سيروني 3. وبعد ذلك اعطيتها 100.000 روبية كرما لها
