I came here with my friends because I got a free voucher for a 2-hour karaoke session. We got a VIP room, which was nice and there's a toilet inside the karaoke room, so that was nice. Overall we had a nice time, but they need to fix their remote controls! It was frustrating to use it. And they need to advertise this karaoke place inside the Taman Anggrek mall because it's a bit hard to find. You need to use the condo elevator to reach it.

The device definitely better than its predecessor, however it lacked a bit of preparation. Other than that, it's quite good

Staff are very friendly. Music very nice. Atmosphere is very nice.

minor typos in song lyrics and bathroom smells like smoke but overall great experience 👍
