Yes. I had bought a Harmon system from them. And went back 3 times as the blue tooth cannot connect. Each time I went, it took them weeks, and then when it returned to me, the say everything is ok. I told them the reasons why I think the Bluetooth don't connect (it's the component not secured properly). Each time they say they did nothing and just give it a tap or two. It keeps failing. I so psst if I just wrote off the item. Their strategy seems to be delay delay till your guarantee expires.
Yes. A very poor coy. I wonder whether the boss knows. Whether Apple knows too. It does not seem keen to improve. (In total I bought 3-4 items from them over last 2 years) including apple MAC 27in. Luckily there's no issue. I can imagine there will be no support from them.
Anyway these shops doom to die especially when they don't provide service. The internet is replacing them. I bought tons of electronics on internet. And, for example, headsets, Bluetooth speakers are half their price.

Really bad service. I called them up to inquire re the price of an apple pencil. They give me a price which they repeatedly confirm on the phone but when you go all the way there to pay for it within the day, they say price has changed. And they could not care less that you were made to come on false pretence. Its extremely inconvenient and irresponsible.

Very disappointed with service, I have bought an iphone hard wired cable from infinite and after couple of months it gets faulty, I had bought it because of it's 5 years warranty. I have given the faulty cable back to infinite and they have told me to comeback with an answer in maximum 2 weeks(not sure whether they will repair or replace it) and now it's been already a month and I have received no calls from them and whenever I call them, they come up with a generic answer that it will take another 2 weeks
