Professional staf members and crew, giving fast and reliable service.
The only reason they're not getting 5 star is that the waiting area is okay if not boring and dull.

It was nice, the staffs are warm and welcoming. Full products of Nissan and Datsun are showcased here. Unfortunately, going to this place is quite tricky when you're come from Jln. Pemuda since in front of this place there's a lot Trans Jakarta buses parked.

The routine service is ok.
The body repair service is crappy. The most unprofessional and untrustworthy service I have ever got. The claim I submit from September just cleared a week ago (6 months later) just because miss administration. Never coming back again.

Think Twice, before you want to this workshop, hasil nya mengejutkan, tidak profesional!!
1. Masuk mobil dalam keadaan baik (di luar sisi yang akan di repair), hasilnya yg ngk d repair malah baret2..
2. Lampu variasi (DRL) masuk nyala, kluar mati satu, alasan SA (servise advisory) nya kita ngk tau kapan umur lampu.. gw bongkar tuh lampu di rumah, dan nyala.. ternyata mereka salah masang kabel, terus kgk d baut, cuma di tempel double tape..
3. Masuk dalam keadaan bersih (interior), keluar sangat kotor, penuh debu bekas pengerjaan, serah terima dengan masih banyak bekas putih2 polesan.. cutomer suruh bersihin sendiri gitu??
4. Mainan Shell Lego, d acak2, di bongkar dan di pasang asal2an.. Kotak P3K, ada nya d bagasi, bs nyangsang di lipetan jok belakang baris k 3 (grand livina)
5. Hasil pengecetan tidak lebih baik dari cat duco d pinggir jalan..
6. Berdebat sama SA (servis advisory), angkuh, arogan, sebelum serah terima cek kondisi mobil customer dulu atuh, inisial J**i.. kartu parkir tidak di kasih tau posisi nya dmn, suruh nyari sendiri bareng sm security.. f##k!!
5. Salut sama security nya, baik n profesional..
6. Rating 1 bintang aja, bandingkan sm bengkel rekanan lain (non bengkel resmi), hasil nya lebih mending bengkel rekanan (bengkel biasa)
7. Kesalahan gw, gw ngk serah terima sm SA (sales advisory), krn gw kirim mobil malem hari (jauh dr lokasi kerja permata hijau), jadi buat customer yg mau ke bengkel ini, tolong d pastikan serah terima dengan SA, klo perlu d foto, d rekam, klo mobil kalian mulus.. jd klo serah terima ngk mulus, bs komplain, ada bukti..
Apa ini cara body repair pulo gadung bekerja?? be profesional !! liat cara kerja bengkel sebelah Toyo*a, bersih, mulus, profesional, ramah dan punya solusi..
