" It's a small, old Hotels dwarfed by massive surrounding skyscrapers. It do lacks some services such as TV cable and still using old-style furniture. But the staff is nice, super quiet rooms, and the locations is perfect for most guests : you can find warteg and street food easily, but can also find high class restaurant and mall just a walk away. "

No bellboy, room is dirty, thankful that the bed sheet is decent, even with hairs..mosquito in the room, noisy air conditioner, no towel, minimal toiletries, why is there only one trash can? The electricity plug is only one and behind the tv, quite far from bed. And the bed is so shaky, tought I've going to fall when sleeping in the right side. My room is 403, difficult key card, often cannot open the door. No drinking water, cold receptionist. No returning here for me "

" General Manager's service mind is worst I ever got experiance. I hv stayed at this hotel for 7 months. But the GM never say greeting to me n never accecpt complain from guest. But GM enjoy screaming to the employee. And when guest complain abt room, GM never accept the complain. I think this isnt hotel service. If I were owner og this hotel, I should fire GM. "
