Good facility, Good Dealers, cars from each model are displayed here. But the Environment is not extravagant.

Service not good. No explanation on service items unless asked. Made me wait 30 minutes while 4 registration officer busy doing internal paperworks even though there were no other customer at that time. I had to wait until 2 other customers came and waited in line before they decided to pospone their paperworks and called the next 3 customers in line for registration at the same time

Great services. Free lunch if you go in the afternoon. Great after sales team. Clean lounge for waiting.

This place is easy to reach. For those who live in North and East Jakarta, can go through the toll road, exit at the gate of RCTI Kebun Jeruk. For those who live in the area of South Jakarta, can go through Jalan Panjang towards RCTI. Honda car owners who use the service at this workshop, will get lunch for free, which is usually Nasi Padang in the box, the menu can be selected. Free wifi, free drinks and snacks.

This is the worst service center I've ever known. Honda should hire better technician with good attitude and skill.

It has nice waiting room with air conditioner and WiFi. They will also ask you whether you would have tea or coffee during the waiting period. Free snack is available. The car service area is big enough. Lots of customer come on weekend

I do not even know why, but it seems this place does not provide decent services. I have bought a couple of cars from another dealer with installment plan before buying my most recent one here.
It has been more than two weeks and I am still not having my car delivered, I paid my down payment right away, completed my installment approval by the end of the week then have to wait for another week because they need the financing company to paid off the remaining credit first!
This has never happened before with any of the purchases I made, even the longest delivery only took eight days!
This company needs to learn to serve customers the right way, because this experience will definitely leave a real bad impression.

This place have good service and profesional. Nice waiting room with free WiFi. They give us compliment drink, snacks and lunch as well.

This is the second Honda Service Center that I visited (1st at honda hasyim ashari) None of those makes me happy from :
1. Bad, ugly, cheap, less light front office.
2. unproffesional staff, no manner and attitude.
3. Uncomfortable waiting room.
4. Doing service takes so long.
Should learn from datsun, toyota and Daihatsu. I have been visited these 3 places and had a nice experience.
Really dissapointed!
