Who says that waiting for your car being serviced will be boring... this car workshop provides a waiting area that is so comfy it can be the next hang out cafe shop 👍

The lounge area just had a redone, its far lot cozier than before. Always be critical of the service given, they tend to put unnecessary work jobs and parts that makes the price higher.

Just had 1000 km service. But my car didn't get washed because they said the water system is broken. They didn't have waiting room. The quality is very bad if you compare with Daihatsu Cibubur

Ini pelayanan terburuk. Saya kasih bintang dua, hanya utk gedung dan bengkelnya yang bagus serta besar jika dibandingkan dengan honda service yg lain.
Untuk pelayanannya mengecewakan
1. Ketika mobil masuk, satpam di gerbang tidak memberi info bahwa utk layanan booking dan layanan servis walkin berbeda ruangan. Jadi saya masuk ke ruangn walk in, dan saya harus bertanya dulu kepada SA yg duduk di meja (bukan mereka yg tanggap melihat customer baru masuk). Customer datang walkin atau booking, harusnya lgsg diarahkan.
2. Estimasi pengerjaan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan. Harusnya SAnya menginfokan dengan jelas. Janjinya jam 10 atau setengah 11 sudah selesai, tapi kenyataannya jam setengah 12 mobil saya baru dicuci. Dan, krn istirahat saya hrus menunggu sampai pukul 1.
3. Mobil yg sudah dicuci dan selesai dikerjakan harusnya sudah diinput total biayanya brp. Kenapa harus menunggu SA datang dulu padahal mobil saya sudah bisa saya bawa pulang sebelum jam istirahat. Sungguh sangat tidak efisien.
