Great Place to spend a time. Sound Quality is good. Food so delicious and Clean. So more better than another Karaoke on south Jakarta.

Poor sound n mic
Poor Food,Low Quality compare with price...
Waiter took order without note, only remembering..and cause missed order and over order.
Reception screaming often about the key with other staff, quite annoying her sound.

Happy puppy is my most favorite karaoke place to sing with my friends. I tried the one in Mampang. The place is nice and clean. Going here on the weekdays is a lot better because no need to be in the waiting list. Also, one of my friend is celebrating her birthday and she got a promo 1 hour free! Will come back to this place again definitely!

The room looked old and felt uncomfortable. The karaoke app had an error for multiple times. You can't click on the screen when the error is happening. Staffs were slow to come to help. My husband and I lost plenty of time because of the errors, but we didn't get extra time. We didn't have a pleasant experience, most likely we will not come here again.

The room cant receive mobile signal. The staff purposely increased the price of Food.

Affordable price and nice microphone n sound system. Japanese song collections are great. And service were great.
Only the surrounding environment that I found unclean.

So far best karaoke place in Jakarta with affordable price. The songs also updated with great sound system.
Room quite big and all facilities in the room work well. Happy Puppy separate smoking and non smoking room, so its most enjoyable thing for me.
Parking area quite adequate.

Since the place is not inside of a mall, this place is always be my choice whebever I want to go karaoke with my friends at late night. The touch screen they provide is not very responsive but the songs' choices are very wide. And that is the point of karaoke, right?

Great place, good service, great choice of songs. LIquors are sold too. The price is not too expensive so this is a pretty famous place to karaoke, therefore if you get a room then you're lucky.

Hari ini saya dengan teman teman saya pada hari kamis tanggal 26 januari 2017 jam 00.00 berkaroke di salah satu happy puppy di Jakarta yaitu daerah mampang sebelumnya saya kesitu saya menelepon ke nomer happy puppy mampang namun saat saya mau mbooking room si staf atas nama Syifa bilang tidak bisa dibooking mau room small ataupun mendium lalu saya langsung datang berserta teman saya ketempatnya setibanya saya datang saya menunggu hampir 30menit sebelum saya masuk menanyakan apa masi ada paket untuk makanan dan minuman lalu si mbanya menjawab masi ada ketika saya nanya tentang harga dia menjawab kl room dikenakan paket makan minum 250 jd bayar cuman 250+ppn jd 267 tapi kenapa pas pembayaran saya malah jd membayar 341.000 ? Tidak sesuai dengan omongan mbanya! Dan saya tidak dikasi bil nya dan uang kembalianya walaupun seribu harusnya dikasi dulu dong kesaya bilnya tp sama sekali saya menunggu agak sedikit lama saya tidak dikasi bil pembayaran saya? Saya sangat kecewa sekali! Dari semua stafnya juga tidak ada yang sopan terumat yg datang bolak balik masuk keroom saya tanpa pemirsi ngomong pun tidak sopan mas mas berbaju hitam yg menawarkan makanan dan mengantarkan minuman!! Muka dan bicaranya tidak sopan, wifi tidak Bagus! Dan mba kasirnya tidak sesuai dengan yang dia jelaskan kesaya yang dia bilang bayar 250+ppn Hana 267 tp ini saya malah suruh bayar 341.000 buktipembayaran tidak dikasi! Komputer ngeheng waktu juga tidak benar jam dicepetin! Saya sangat kecewa dengn playanan di happy puppy mampang kecewa dengan semua fasilitas komputer ngeheng, waktu tidak sesuai, wifi g bagus bukti pembayaran tidak dikasi uang kembalian ga dikasi juga ga ada yang greeting mengucapkan terima Kasih tidak ada yang senyumterutama semua STAF yg jaga dimalam ini mba Syifa dllnya!!!!
