If you guys are looking for rare music CD, (they even have the NKOTB Hangin' Tough laser disc!!) this place could be an alternative. Just leave your name & phone number..and if the rare CD(s) you ordered available they'll contact you.
So far..i found Warkop Comedy Show CD's Volume 1 & 2, and Stevie Wonder's A Time For Love album.

I was here at 21.30 today, and it's closed already. I was disappointed. It was sad seeing music store is getting less visited more and more, forcing them to close early.
Duta Suara is one of the oldest and biggest music retail chain store in Indonesia. They used to have chain store all over Jakarta; in every shopping mal. But now only few are standing.
I buy records here once a month. Mainly there are cd's available, but they also sell few new released vinyl, and some new old stock of cassettes recording.
This particular store is the lesser fancy store they have. You'll not pampers yourself with audiophile headphones, and amplifier. Just bring your own Spotify and pair of headphones, as you hunt through the records.
Look no other. You can only find records here in Jakarta. Please visit. Make it full again like they used to.

One of the few remaining physical music store in Indonesia. Great collection. I've even got my from Indonesia with love CD here, the CD was released in 1991
