the cgv blitz in pacific place (for me) is the worse cgv blitz ever. the place doesnt look attractive, dark aisle to the cinema and old seats. i think it's time to renovate cgv blitz pacific place.

The design is pretty cool. All over the place is super artsy. Im not really enjoy with the 4D things, but super love about the 3D. Even the toilets is design really good. There’s a wall that writes about cool director such as stanley kubrick, federico federini. However, the foods are really expensive for me
I love CGV because the tickets also dicount in traveloka or gojek wkk
But, really . I love the design of theatre. Classic, original, like europe interior.
The movies showing is fresh..
The most lovely is 4D theatre, you get new sensation in your favorite movie.
The foods and beverages is little expensive but the taste is good ..
The dress of waitresses also ayegasm..
Really unique movie theatre..
Get bored with general theatre, come heree

I used to love this place a lot, when they are still blitzmegaplex. Twice a month I go watching movie velvet here. Their bed is soft, waiting room is silent with also a bed setting, exclusive private toilet and privacy is at max.
But now, I better go watch at XXI.
Last day I go here, even the velvet dont have toilet. Their waiting room is noisy. Ac is way too hot. Cant even sit relaxing with my wife the way velvet was.
Wont go here again.

Really cozy place with new design in this premises, with Hollywood theater taste, not only you can enjoy movie here, you also can enjoy coffee, snack and good spot for your picture to share.

CGV grand indonesia, Great range of movies especially with special event during movie special festival, offers movies that are not eligible in any other cinema. great choices of movie experience such Gold and Velvet. great service, easy online ticketing. price is quiet more expensive than CGV in any other outlet. the seat is not quite comfortable comparing to other competitior.

What happened to cgv? It started off well and now everything has gone down hill. Ive watched at least 2-3 movies in the past few weeks and months and have experienced multiple technical difficulties. Not only could i not enjoy the movies, but the cinema itself is depressing. The staff are unmotivated, the carpets are dirty and smell and overall the experience has been truly devastating.

At this time, they started some renovation work maybe necessary as the environment looks and feels old and tear. The velvet class lounge does not serve directly special food menu only those sold at the normal counter. For full experience, until they complete the work, better to go for the one at Grand Indonesia.

Watched Star Wars approx. 8 months earlier. This particular CGV surprised me with its lousy facilities.
- Only ONE wash basin in men's toilet.
- TINY men toilet. Can you imagine what happened after a movie ended and everyone rushes in.
- Awful SMELLY and dilapidated carpet at their lobby.
- UNMOTIVATED staffs.
I won't be coming back ever until they fixed all those acute problems.
Compared this joint with CGV at Grand Indonesia which is approx. 3-4 km north is like comparing a riding inside a Bentley and a local public transport without AC.

Sorry that I have to give only 1 star.
Located in Pacific Place, I expect that the cinema's quality would be wonderful.
I went here to watch Geostorm, the sound was below expectation, the officers at the ticket counter were not enthusiastic to serve as well. We don't mind the ticket costs 75k rupiah as long as you provide good quality too.
Hopefully, CGV will upgrade more of its service, quality and facilties. All the best.

For a fancy mall (Pacific Place) it's shocking how bad this cinema is. Maybe cause it's rarely crowded, in comparison to other CGVs. But still no excuse. When you walk in, it feels like you had just entered a basement where the carpet stinks and the air is awful. The bathroom is tiny and the service is unimpressive. Please improve.

While the location is great, the actual theatre is not to be proud about. The place is hot, feels like no AC is left on. It's a bit humid, and dusty. Last time I went there the audio went mute for a second every 10 mins or so. Very inconvenient. Hope will be better!

Great cinema however the 4D cinema didn't work and we all left after an hour... The other cgv cinemas there are comfy and good sound!

Confusing food pick-up arrangement. Uncaring, frustrating and slow cashier and food service staff. I almost fell in the auditorium because of inconsistent lighting on stairs steps. First and last for me.

Its a good cinema that isn't as crowded as most other cinemas and it looks unique from other cinemas. Though the cinema screen is a little smaller than others and also once showed the wrong film for several minutes.

Similar with other CGV Blitz's branch, the cinema plays good movies from many genres and many countries besides Hollywood.

I go here especially if want to watch non holywood movie that is not available in XXI. Never too crowded which is good. The one I dislike from CGV is the chair.

Well, actually I would rather watching movies on XXI. Because the sound was better. But cgv has an upper advantage on movies selection.

The screen film that Cinema 21 may not screen. The Gold Class and SphereX are excellent for alternative viewing experience. They'ee pricier that your standar Cinema 21/Cinema XXI, but the place huge with lots of waiting area, sitting option. Has an in-house Tous Les Jour bakery with dedicated dining space.

Watch movies here often and pleased me most of the time. The only downside as is with other old CGV Blitz is the way too dark toilets. Hopefully will be revamped such as the Grand Indonesia branch. No problem at all with the movie experience.
While not in particular to this branch, I always loved the online booking system better than competitors.

Rebranded from Blitzmegaplex few years ago, but basically the same. One key advantage I took note is the self service ticketing system, almost no queue. The Audi 1 and 2 have the best experience and worth the price. But the rest are about the same as regular cinemas (might even worst). The hallway is very dimmed, especially the restroom.

very strategic location nearby jakarta golden triangle. you can find Galleries Lafayette, Victoria Secret, Best Denki, Phone store, sport store and great place fot dining and meeting. located in SCBD (Sudirman Center Business District) a complete area of office, mall, banks, restaurant and lot of cool places
