The CSO are not helping, your fast internet connection will help more. At least thats what the CSO told me. Been here a few times because of my troubled m-banking and she couldnt do anything about it, the only things she did was wasting my time by asking me if I have googled the tutorial to fix it and explained the things I have known from Google. What are they paid for actually? And the last time when I intended to open an account of mutual fund (since this branch is the nearest branch from my office) I have waited for 30minutes but ended up canceling my plan because the CSO didnt even know the subscription fee's rate, redemption fee's rate, what ever their product are. He wasnt helping but tell me to google it instead. I wonder what they are paid for.
