Building is easy to find. Please note that there is a separate entrance area for pedestrian to enter world trade center buildings. You will be greeted and assisted by the time you enter to immideately get your needs met. Otherwise if unattended, the self service queue number kios is available. Atms are located opposite of the self service queue machine. A computer dedicated for netbank use is also available for you to use. You will also find a self service savings opening machine for 1st time customers available should you wish to open a bank account without the assistance of a cust service rep. I was informed the machine will gradually be implemented across all commowealth bank Indonesia branches. Staff were warm, quick witted and helpful.
