I hate this hospital! Especially dr. Iwan Irawan Karman, Sp. B (K) KL FICS. He is a really really bad doctor. He is stupid, ugly, and impolite. Many members of my family are dead because of him. He is the most stupid surgeon in the universe, even my dog can do better than him. He's also a pervert. He almost rape my wife and daughter!!! Screw him!!!

Waited there for 1.5 hour untill finally realized that the doctor wasn't even there. The staffs at polyclinic kept telling me to wait for the doctor as she's already around but eventually after almost 2 hours they admit they don't know where the doctor is and can't reach her via phone.
So thanks for wasting my time RS Atma Jaya 👎

Been hospitalized for 1 night here after small surgery. The nurse here, especially the senior ones are very rude. When I'm getting my anesthesia, she kept calling me weak and kept complaining because I cannot keep still and handle the pain, which I'm only twitching a bit out of reflex. After the surgery done, I'm being put in observation room, they said only need an hour. An hour passed, I already start feeling hungry and have the urge to pee, they didn't give me definite answer when can I go to my room. Then they let one of my family member in and I said to my family that I'm really hungry so please check whether my room is already available or not, because it's almost 2 hours and I'm still in observation room. My family going out and asked for me to be transfered to my room because apparently the room is already available. But the nurses there said the nurses on the observation room didn't give any info to them about me. Then my family going back in and ask them can I go now? The nurse, the one inside with me while I'm getting anesthesia, said to my family no need to be angry and disrespectful (which my family asked nicely and politely). But then not long after, I'm being transported into my room. Inside the room I'm already begging for the pain meds, my wound already starting to hurt. Only took 1 hour later till my meds come. They never check up on you, only giving you meds or doing some test and gone. The VIP room is totally uncomfortable. Lucky for me I only have to spent 1 night there. I'm very very traumatize by this experience, with the service and everything. Not going back there anymore.

Thanks for unforgettable memories. Very bad services. Has no queue systems. The worst hospital i have ever visited in Jakarta.

I can go full essay on how i HATE this HOSPITAL for their SUPER BAD SERVICE! One star is too good for them..

Let me write some points,
I was hospitalized for dengue and typhoid with HB only 18thousand. (payed without insurance or BPJS) and the nurse scolded me for having empty-but-tightly-closed mineral water bottles on my side table. I thought that is the job of a nurse, not a bed-rest patient to clean their table.
Nurse didnt give me my medicine until my friend asked for it at 9PM. (can u imagine that? I'd skipped my meds if my friend was not there)
Doctor only greets me in the morning without checking me at all and I had to pay 300thou plus for the morning greeting.
Took us 6hours to finally be discharged, my friend who took care of the administration said that the nurse was not working on it, she had to keep eyeing the nurse so she worked on the paper work (only stayed there one night cuz i couldnt stand their bad service, moved to St Carolus Gading Serpong was the best decision ever.)
They almost "steal" the medicine that I payed, by saying that they dont know where it was, my friend insist them to return it, just after short debate, they manage to return it.

There are many more points but it's too long to write.

To day April 5, 2017 I'm here to consult for my eyes. In the morning I met my BPJS doctor who gave me resep for my medicine. At 11.30 I go home . Atmamaja Hospital is a good hospital for me who has BPJS card.

Service Excellence
Suatu pengalaman yang menarik ketika memberikan training Service Excellence di beberapa rumah sakit. Rumah sakit yang baru saja diberikan training Service Excellence di salah satu RS di Medan. Waktu itu, di tengah-tengah training kami juga langsung melakukan survey lapangan, mendiskusikannya di ruang kelas, memberikan konsep Service Excellence dan langsung melakukan praktek di ruang-ruang pasien dan lingkup kerja para petugas rumah sakit.

Service Excellence, sudah menjadi keharusan bagi setiap rumah sakit yang ingin memberikan layanan yang optimal bagi para pasien serta keluarga pasien. Sayangnya memang dalam praktek keseharian, masih banyak hal-hal yang harus dan terus diperbaiki dalam perbaikan dan peningkatan Service tersebut. Beberapa masalah service yang sering terjadi di rumah sakit antara lain adalah: kecepatan dalam pelayanan oleh para front liner (sejak mulai kedatangan pasien dan keluarga pasien ke RS). Penangan pasien mulai dari IGD sampai ke ruang perawatan (jika rawat inap). Pada saat/masa perawatan pasien selama berada di RS (mulai dari pergantian petugas/perawat, visite dokter, layanan makan dan obat). Begitu juga ketika pasien menyelesaikan administrasi dan kepulangan. Begitu banyak/panjang proses layanan yang terjadi, masing-masing proses dan prosedur mengandung banyak potensi untuk tidak dilaksanakannya service yang memadai.
