Location is excellent for people who has events at grand Indonesia. All the shopping malls are walking distance from Ascott. The room is big and has decent facilities.

Great hotel apartment next to two big malls Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia Mall. Very convenient for shopping and entertainment. Friendly staff and specious rooms and very clean apartment. If you are coming as a couples or with a family it will be a good place where convince and hospitality in one place. Recommended to stay for short or long stay, for business or pleasure stay. Breakfast is good and fresh fruits. Swimming pool is small and good for children.

Kitchen staff need more training on how to prepare Mac and cheese properly. Also Tiny portions for salmon is unacceptable. Other than that we have good stay

Love this place. Apartment is clean. Location is perfect, near one of the biggest mall in Jakarta so easy to find foods or shopping.

It's old but spacious service apartment with 3 bedrooms. They don't provide slippers hairdryer.. But in a good location as its between 2 big malls

Totally a where to go place when you need a place to stay at the heart of Jakarta. Price does make sense. Beautifully furnished. Everything is clean and fresh. Terrific amenities from L'Occitane. Home entertainment is complete. And you can use microwave, fridge and washing machine just like when you are at home. You can also just walk to go to Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia.

The hotel is in an excellent location adjacent to the Grand Indonesia mall (you have to navigate through a car park and across a road). Hotel rooms are large but also rather old - especially the bathroom. Price was very reasonable though.

Very good location. Its right in between grand indonesia mall and thamrin city. Service was also amazing, the security guard escorted us to the mall. The room was a bit dated, but still reasonable

Great hotel...large room..delicous breakfast. Just a step away from Grand Indonesia...or if u want to buy batik's...there is Thamrin city near the corner..

Great hotel! Great place to have your small weekend getaway with your love ones. But if you're bored, just walk 3mins and voila! You're at GI now 💕

my family was spend 2 night in this residence (2 bedroom premiere type) and it's my bad experience. the towel is really stink and the cooking utensils isn't complete. otherwise, the location is really good because next to Grand Indonesia shopping town. And my opinion for the management to improve the service and hygiene

I chose this hotel because of the great location. Just near by 2 of biggest malls in Jakarta. And just next to it a low budget mall where you can buy some souvenirs. You have to know that Jakarta ALWAYS got rush hours and may get stuck for a long time. So this hotel will let you forget about Taxi during day hours. At night everything is cool.
Rooms are very nice and clean yet comfort. Kitchen got essential things. If you stay at suites, they have also washing machine. It also has a water dispenser.
Breakfast was below average. Not so many things to choose of.
I highly recommend this hotel if you wanna have a nice stay at Jakarta.
