One of the best place to have dinner with your beloved ones. The cake is fantastic also their pizzas. Recommended!

The only problem here is not all food in the menu is ready. Often you order something and they havent restock the ingredient yet.

Hello. I just visited your store at Tomang, West Jakarta in less than half an hour ago. I sat and bought three chocolate cakes at Cheese Cake Factory Store, while looking at your AlmondTree cookies for takeaway. While I chose and looked at them, the waitress suddenly went and input the order herself. I held two of AlmondTree cookies: Chocolate Almond and Parisian Cheese, but then I brought the Chocolate Almond one to the cashier to buy it. At the cashier, I was going to pay and they suddenly apologized. One of the waitress said she already put the order and it cannot be cancelled. My aunt and mom were angry cause they're from IT, and they knew very well that systems orders CAN be cancelled. They apologized but then what's the point? They forced us to buy the Parisian Cheese, saying it was delicious and all that. I was only interested in Chocolate Almond though...
Not only that, I ordered Strawberry Danish, Ciabatta Tuna and Fruit Danish for takeaway. But, the waitress came and put in on our table. I just don't know the service concept of this store, and my mood turned bad after visiting it.
I'm sorry for leaving such bad comments but I hope AlmondTree and CheeseCakeFactory can be better in the future regarding customer relationship. I don't think I will be visiting soon, though I bought a lot today.

The store are big and have 2nd floor. In here they sold cake, ice cream and also some food. The design of this place are homey and good. They also provide some outdoor seat for people who want smoking.

This is one of the largest outlet. It has 2 storeys with outdoor seatings. The ambience is relaxing. It also has a live music. I dont know whether it regularly performed or on specified day. Other than its special cheese cake, this otlet also serve good meal for lunch or dinner.

The salad and appetizer was awesome to be honest, and the mushroom soup was great, the warmth and smoothness of the soup was perfect.
But the pizza was a bit cold on the crust, still good, but not as expected, and the spaghetti was normal, not so bat, overall great, try the icecream and the mini cake, it is good.
