The doctor analyst in claim department was made wrong claim analysis even thought their job is only reading medical results, very unprofessional if it is turned out if all their doctors are just trying to maximize the company profit, not doing the best for the patient.
All Allianz customer service personnel is none/lack of empathy, knowing their business are covering unexpected 'major' unfortunate event in someone's life.
Claim takes forever, especially the re-claim. The claim procedure makes you and your family' emotional disadvantage.
