Nice hotel with good service. Close to major shopping Malls. However it may take longer time to reach airport due to the city jam

Stayed a night in February 2017. Located in a congested area and near dozens of skyscrapers. Nice swimming pool and lounge, the gym isn't really nice. But overall worth the money. The service was quite slow when I called housekeeping. I had to call twice!

Nice place to stay but as vegetarian didn't too much choice in much. Most of the food from Indonesian cuisine or American cuisine.

The Hotel is in the midtown, so it's an easy access to every hangout places in Jakarta. The breakfast food is good and vary. The restaurant is next to the pool.

Superb facilites, superior room. Although this hotel could do better upgrade as it felt pretty old now.

I'm not staying here. But the lobby is so nice and luxurious. The restroom all in perfect condition.

A nice 5-star hotel, quite and cozy. Mostly, Japanese people stay in this hotel. It has a nice Italian restaurant as well and good variety of Japanese restaurants in the basement.

the lounge for meeting person that stay on that hotel is ok, at the lobby.
currently they renovate some parts of the hotel, so you need to go to ground floor if you need bathroom.

Strategically-located hotel with quite friendly traffic especially in rush hours (Thanks to 3-in-1 policy removal!).
Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great F&B served at lunch time in 'Rasa' restaurant that offers European and Asian taste with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pool.
In my case, the training providers have occupied a number of rooms holding up until 40 participants. They have reserved it few times, if I am not mistaken, over the past eight months.
One thing that I regret from this hotel, the toilet flush in Mezzanine and 1st floor weren't looking properly at times.

Had another conference here. One of the participants was a friend and asked me to get her motorcycle from the parking area of the hotel. I picked it up after 11pm. No one was at the motorcycle parking area, and it was locked. So we went to the lobby and asked for help. Waited for over 30 minutes before we could pay at another parking attendant and when we came back down, the security guy that was supposed to be there accused us of lying. He claimed that he was there all this time when his supervisor confirmed earlier that he wasn't. We were also accused of faking the parking payment slip. In the end it took 2 hours just to sort this out while we were basically treated like second class citizens. We were treated better and had zero problems like this at hostels! I don't recommend this place, there are many others with better facilities. Try Grove Suites or the Fairmont.
Had a conference here, and it was okay. No signs to the meeting rooms were provided until requested. No one was around to help out until requested. If you sit at the lobby, you will be eaten alive by mosquitos. Food at rasa restaurant was not bad though.
