" This property (jungle view rooms at sunrise villa) is a quaint set of rooms with the most amazing view of the jungle. Breakfast is served outside and the scenery is spectacular. A lot of stairs to get up and down. Close to the infinity pool and spa, lots of places, restaurants, shops, and spas to walk to from the property. About 3 km from central Ubud, can get a taxi for about 50.000 rupiah. Due to the proximity to the jungle, there are critters, ants mostly, but also frogs, geckos, beetles, and some spiders. Sleep with the mosquito net and you'll be fine, it's worth it for what i would call the greatest view I've ever had from a room. "

" This is a great Villa just Northwest of Ubud! Very helpful and friendly staff. The Villa is great nice pool and scenery. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is brought to your room each morning. I highly recommend sunrise villa! Very relaxing! "

" Opinion of a first timer to Bali.
Grat place with great service, like everywhere else in Bali. But staff seem genuinely happy working here. Which may not be the case is some of the other places. Rooms are clean, breakfast is delivered daily, good restaurants with soothing views, just next door.
Value for money for service 10/10..
General Recommendations:
Consider what you would pay back home and don't cheapskate. Tip a little it will go a long way. "

" This place is stunning! The rooms are big with comfortable beds. The deck is beautiful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only downfall is the lack of AC, but that didn't bother me. Definitely recommend this gem! "

" Great apartments! The view is amazing and the rooms are very large. Franpigani 2 has a large balcony (even with balcony bed). There is also a very nice pool. "
