Eka Hospital is inside BSD area near Anggrek Loka Housing ,one of area names in BSD Housing. surrounding by Teras Kota mall, Giant Hypermarket, Bus Station terminal, culinary , schools and swimming pool. cost is quite expensive.

The good: modern, clean, paperless, no hospital stench, skillful nurses and doctors, center of excellence for stroke.
The bad: sometimes doctor's schedule are way off. Several times I waited for hours just for 10 to 15 min exams.
The ugly: if you use insurance to pay, set your patience level to the highest. Their cashiers are moving in sloooow motion. And the prices are pretty darn EXPENSIVE!

They handle things really slow, the doctors always change their schedule. To make it worse, some doctors always come late from their designated practical hour. Their administrations are really crazy slow.

You will hear this hospital as the first option if you ask the local. Im not surprised because there aren't any other hospital as big also as complete as Eka hospital in the city. Prices are ok, staff sometimes look clueless but as long they know what they are doing its fine.
The thing that surprised me; one time i saw somebody inside the ambulance smoking cigarettes!! Eventhough when its at night exactly at the ambulance parking spot. Nearby you will find "do not smoking sign"
Additional info: There's starbucks coffee if you are waiting. both starbucks and hospital canteen is not 24hours.
ADVICE: If you found out that the staff are a bit arrogant just let them be. As long they doing good. Mostly are very young or maybe just graduated.

I haven’t try their service yet, but I heard opinion from my friends that Eka has a good service even its pricey. You can also found the Mandiri branch office, tasty food at their mini restaurant, Sbux and toyshop at the ground floor. Well-organized parking lot is also a plus.

Good hospital. This hospital have many doctor with many speciality. Note: little bit expensive.

Good service and quality, bit pricey, doctors and staff are very helpfull.. my favorite spot in this hospital is starbucks :p

A bit strange, my parent in law like to consult here but their child does not feel the doctor patient enough to here her sickness symptom.

Always re-check your bill/receipt, especially when using their emergency services (UGD, Radiology)

Several visits mostly to deal with insurance related tasks (client visits, medical records, claims, etc). Staff services in general are good. Staffs in the medical record dept are especially excellent & helpful, salute..

Good service, good doctor, one of the hospitals that have international accreditation. However it is somewhat expensive, very crowded during weekend and the queue for insurance payment is very long. Better if you pay by yourself, the queue is quite fair.

Facility is great but god the long wait... i've never spent less than 5 hours there. Very time consuming and the price is expensive as well. If they can add the staff or doctors it'll honestly be great.

Service going from OK to Worse. Insurance payment settlement process was just too long to wait , mine was processed for 1 hour.
Pharmacy was another nightmare, they put only two personels. And they have new queue system that was not informational at all, patients have no idea if their medication has been processed or not and for how long should they waited. Instead the personel left their seat and ask to processers which took 2 minutes per query.
Time to change another Hospital.

Been here many, many times but I never really got hospitalised here, just doing some check ups and other things. Well, the staffs pretty helpful enough.

Got myself hospitalized here. The place is clean and comfortable, but they seem to lack of nurses. Sometimes I happened to wait quite long when I need something, and it's not really enjoyable when you're high on fever. The nurses are friendly though, so it's quite a shame..

Super cozy rooms for patients. The room & medical costs are pretty expensive here, so you get what you pay.

My family best hospital. Good managing the outpatient but sometimes take long time in insurance payment and medical precription.
