This is going to be a personal review; PIM is my comfort zone. My favourite shopping centre in Jakarta where i hang out with my favourite people. Anyway, you can find more than 30 eating places, high-street fashion stores, sport equipment stores, home equipment store, electronic centre, a fitness centre, water park, two cinemas, three bookstores, and two grocery stores.

One of old mall in Jakarta, but still able to compete with new ones in term of building quality, variety of tenants and popularity. Now consists of 3 main sections 1, 2 and 3 where the mall 2 is located across the Pondok Indah street. Both sections are interconnected with two shopping bridges. Pretty crowded almost everyday.

There is nothing to dislike! You can hang out pretty much at every corner of the mall. Pubs/bars, bakeries, cafes, food court, food stalls and restaurants. Not interested? There are seats everywhere in the mall where you can take a break and sit down without having to order anything! There are also strollers to rent and wheelchairs to borrow. There is even a water park!

Easily the most recognizable mall in South Jakarta.
The local people of Jakarta has started a trend of Mall Hunting from the early 2000s, whereas they enjoy walking around or hanging out in malls rather than local parks or other stand alone cafes due to the nature of malls providing everything people need.
From Cinemas, restaurants and also cafes, people tend to stay in one place rather than too jump around from spot to spot.
Pondoi Indah Mall knew this was a trend they can't afford to lose due to the increase of interest, that's why they keep expanding the mall for more space and more entertainment for customers.
It maybe not the best Malls in Jakarta, but it's without a doubt a Mall worth trying out when you're in South Jakarta.
They usually provide monthly or seasonal entertainment in Pondok Indah Mall 2 to further amuse the customers.

Great place to hang out with relatives. It has many nursery room so infant can be taken care easily. They have restroom for special needs people. One of the best shopping mall.
Please be aware if you bring kids because they might be lost. Crowded mall during weekend.

I love going to this mall since I was a kid. It is located in crowded urban area. The mall it self is quite large in overall size to standard mall located in country side. It features a nice and cozy place to shop almost anything you like. Foods, clothes, sportswear, supermarket even a bar to hangout with your friend.
I salute the person who build this mall, he build it in strategic place. Crowded traffic, It's easy to spot from the main street.
It has a good infrastructure. A shiny toilet clean floor, friendly people, cool ambience, it even offered a toilet for the disabled. They respect them.
I don't think I could mention all the stuff you can see in here. A decent place to entertain yourself, your friend or your family.
If you are feeling tired walking around the mall, you can take a rest in a nearby bar. The bar is actually located inside the Pondok Indah Mall area, therefore you can easily spot it.
On special occasion the mall provided free fireworks show. The fireworks is absolutely large. It can light up to 1 hour non-stop.
In overall, I suggest you guys to go this mall. Totally recommended. You will have an unforgetable experience here. It's best to bring a friend or family. Enjoy!!

Very neat & clean shopping centre. Various shops. Great mall with a very good ambiances. One of the largest Shopping Centre in Indonesia.You can find almost everything in this mall. It is also connected with the Waterpark & Swimming pool, and they're also put the Flowrider Ride ! This is the Premium Family Mall with all in one concept. Must visit !..

One of the biggest mall in South Jakarta. Always crowded on weekends. Good parking space and have various of shops and stalls. They have a cafeteria if you prefer a lower budget

Very nice and big family mall. Many outlets from regular brand and some cute / original brands are here as well. They even have the dining mall, whole hub for fine dining.

A good mall with the usual shops and many good restaurants. Avoid weekends if you don't like crowds and avoid if you can't stand loud music in malls. Parking can be a pain and traffic getting there can be stressful.
It's a great stopover for those heading south from central - where you can grab a bite to eat and do some groceries as you head home (assuming you're heading south for home).

Another shopping mall. I don't understand how it works until now. It is directly connected to the other mall and I have to go inside the place to get in and out of the bus stop. The shopping mall itself wasn't half bad, though.

Mall event have a great theme. Special for independence Day . Year to year always happening and we love to enjoy visit almost all tenant have a good promotion too. We loved it.

This mall is truly my favorite in Southern Jakarta ( where I frequently visit ). It is complete with all the major shopping brands and popular food options of Indonesia. It is well air conditioned, always kept at a cool temperature; though at times, I recommend bringing a sweater to keep warm. It is also well lit. The mall serves as an excellent place to hang out with friends with plenty of places to eat and a cinema for entertainment.

Cozy place to meet with colleagues, friends and family. They have pray rooms for muslims, so it's very convenient for me and my family. The toilet is also super clean. So, PI mall is kinda our favorite mall :)

Good selection of cafes and restaurants. Affordable clothing stores. They also have book/ stationery stores and cinema. But on weekends the mall seems to be too crowded sometimes, not to mention difficult in finding a parking spot.

Subjectively, I would say this is the best mall in South Jakarta. It is not too luxurious, not shabby as well. It has more of a family vibe, instead of a grand luxury mall vibe. It is not too big, but large enough. Parking spot isn't actually that hard, cept for certain times.

Old building, but the mall has bunch completed list of shops. One of the popular and recommended mall in the entire city of Jakarta. Always crowded especially in the time of weekend and holiday. This mall has Pondok Indah 1 and new extension besides Pondok Indah mall 2.

This mall is complete.. you could find almost everything here, from fashion, great foods, coffee and many things to hand out with ur loved ones. It's also family' friendly.. so highly recommended mall in Jakarta

So many merchants. Great place for hangout with friends and also pretty good for family hangout. Usually parked in PIM Golf since it is less crowded than other parking space. Moreover, the traffic to/from PIM are still acceptable.

The best mall in Jakarta. You name whatever you need, you will find it here. Building wise, PIM has a classic (oldie) but for sure it is built with the finest quality of construction material. That's why it always looks new. Great place to hangout or even work!

Love this mall so much! Been there since 1990s and it is very well maintained! Always upgrading the building. Stores & restaurants are the best & almost the most complete in town & it has many free playground for kids, too!

Best mall in south Jakarta. Most of famous brands. There are many cozy & comfy Resto plus 2 food courts for quick meals. Clean & safe cause security almost every corner. Lots of parking space but weekend will bit difficult to get the space for parking, better use taxi or trans Jakarta bus which had shelter in the middle of the malls.

Medium size shopping mall, not too big and not too small. It has almost everything and the one I like, bookstores! This mall has 3 bookstores and all are selling English books. Two cinema complexes managed by 21 group. Two department stores. Two food courts plus one decent canteen located in Basement 2 level

This mall established since early 90's. This was the most popular mall on that time. People whose came here are always happy, they're greets by warmest ambience and luxurious mall ornament. Food baverages fabrics clothes everything you can find here.

Traffic and its limited and crowded parking spaces are minus- but it has pretty good stores inside with decent foodcourt. Great place to chill as well as shopping.

Good place, many great restaurants. But unfortunately this mall is NOT bicycle friendly. Yes it provides bicycle park but I could not bring my Brompton into the mall. The security is too rigid and they did not pass my folded brompton bicycle. Sily!!

Nice place for make shopping. The most important retail brands are represented here. Plus you can enjoy many kind of food from different nationalities and entertained your self and family in to the cinemas, the nearly water park or making gim.

This mall is really big and the biggest part of this mall is its eating sections. Here, you'll never run out of options if you want to satisfy every part of your taste bud. You can find Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Indonesia food. Fast food restaurants are available too in various sizes.
For shopping, you'll find the majority of international brands inside. Since, the mall is a modern building, it's really spacious and can accommodate many visitors and customers. Toilets are extremely clean, and there's praying room for muslim people.

It's a one-stop shopping mall for your shopping, dining, and entertainment. The basement parking will get crowded on weekends and public holidays. However you can park your car in Pondok Indah Office Tower.

My go-to mall since childhood. Definitely geared toward higher class although not as high as Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.
Also one of the best in terms of parking space. Spacious and road marker (both for cars and guest) are superb.
One thing I usually hate, super crowded!
