Best cinema i have ever been in my hole life. The premiere tickets are just an awesome experience. Pay a little more for the premiere movies, you will not regret it ;)

The cinema is in great location as it is close to beach and in beachwalk. The cinema seats are comfortable and soft. The cinema is cool and relaxing which is great for escaping the Balinese weather. The movie selection can sometimes be little but it's still ok. Overall, it's a great cinema.

Went here for many times due to its location. The theater is rather small and more expensive than many other theaters in Bali. The only thing hat bugs me is that the staff are always grumpy and they seem to hate their job. It’s also annoying when they keep on walking around and speaking during the beginning of the movie to offer and serve food on the premiere area. If they have to do it, they should do it before the movie start.

Premiere is the way to go! Comfy, huge & cozy 180° reclined sofa. Blankets provided too in the sofa drawer compartment. 60k rupiah on weekdays & weekends just a lil bit more. The staff are friendly & they look like flight attendants haha. Foods & drinks ordered will be delivered to your seatings personally. Probably the best cinema in Bali ?!

One of the best movie theater in bali. They have different movie rates for different days. Weekdays they charged half of the rates compared to weekend. The premiere theater have one of the best concierge services. They have absolutely cooler seats with bed sheets. Even, they are friendly staffs served the food at your seats based on your orders. One of the best movie experience in bali

For 100,000 Rupiah, indulge yourself with gold class standard seats. Almost full 180 reclining leather seats with clean blankets at your seat. Food can be ordered at the counter and delivered to your seat midway through the screening. Very comfortable, private and pampered way of enjoying a movie!

Great Movie theatre
Super cheap 35,000 for a regular seat or 60,000 for super premium .
But food outside though as food inside is crazy expensive just keep it in your bag.
Book tickets early for the premium seats and blockbuster movies
Worth every penny and as good as overseas .
Great for all the family .

Premiere was excellent (reclining chairs, blankets and meal service). Cost about 60K IDR and it's the equivalent of gold class. They had some glitch during our movie though and it cut out a few times. Other than that, it's one of the best value for money cinemas I've been to (considering movies cost $16 for a standard ticket in Australia).

Terrible experience. We went to see Thor but got there quite late and as a result had seats on the second to front row. This was our fault. However, next to us was a family of 5 sat in two seats, 2 adults with a young child and two babies, one of which was crying. The film is rated for ages 15 and above. The baby stopped crying but then the toddler was playing with a mobile phone and talking to the mother and it was really distracting. We went to the front desk to ask if we could exchange our tickets for the next showing but was told no. We explained why and then she called the manger. Two women came who already looked quite volatile when we asked really calmy that we just wanted to exchange our tickets for the later showing. The two manageress then asked where we were sat and then went into the screening to talk to the family and were pointing to us on the side which made it very awkward. There was obviously some problem with the family as she simply came to the side and said the mother said she will take the baby out if it cries. We felt really uncomfortable having to sit back next to the family, especially as we never wanted them removed etc, just new tickets, and explained it was a distraction besides the baby crying. One of the managers then got very aggressive saying what more do we want but we had now missed ten minutes of the film so we asked for a refund. The aggressive manageress then started to raise her voice saying it's Indonesia this is normal. We said that's fine but we would have liked a different seat where we could watch the film without distraction. The other manageress ended up dragging the other lady off and said to wait there! We waited ten minutes when they both returned. The angry manageress said 'listen lady we will do this once but never again' which annoyed me as we are tourists who will not be returning and have never caused a problem in the past! All we wanted was to go to the next screening. They gave us a refund but they didn't have to lose any money, just swap our seats. It was handled very unprofessionally. Very disappointed.

Tip :
If you come by motorcycle during a late viewing...bring your (expensive) helmet with you. And do not bring a big bag.
The parkinglot below only allows you to leave your helmet at the paid lugage dropoff.

Price is good but staff doesn’t really care about customer experience. [editing more as im writing this review as im watching a film] sounds keeps going on and off, laggings. Disappointing as xxi premier experience.

A modern cinema but surprisingly, they failed to pay attention to sound insulation. Noise from neighbouring cinema rattled across to the next. It's unbearable noise when it's quiet.

Went to see Spiderman movie process was smooth seats are on an angle giving plenty of head room if someone sitting in front of you

Sterile, comfortable, spacious and often empty. What more could you ask for from a theatre playing the newest releases? Though demanding more for a ticket here than any of their other branches present in Bali, it is understandable due to the location and still vastly more reasonable than anywhere you might find in west.
Tickets are only around five dollars each, while food and beverages are where they make their money. I'd recommend a light snack beforehand, just enough to make eating in the theatre a pass-time, instead of trying to fill an empty stomach. Following up post-film with some delicious dining at any of the area's plethora of delicious restaurants is a fantastic opportunity to discuss the movie and sate your appetite.
If you're just in it for the movie , then the Cinema XXI in nearby Park 23 or Level 21 may be the smarter choice. Ticket prices are 3.50 on weekdays!

Reviewing the Premier screen. 200k per ticket but wow. Fully reclining chairs and food service to your seat. Smaller room too that was far more cozy. Our personal choice to see any film that comes out.

Quality sound system powered by dolby. Comfortable seat fully air conditioned theater. Just like a little oasis in the middle of kuta traffic.
Tickets 50K IDR weekdays & 75K IDR on the weekend and public holiday.

I called to ask if i could still buy a ticket for a movie 15 min after it starts, the lady who answered doesnt understand english so instead of transferring me to someone who understands, she shut the phone on my face! Its rude and horrible customer service. I hope managment sees this and trains their staff better.

Awesome movie experience!!! If going gold lounged book early. Amazing a cinema with only 20 seats. Hollywood full recliner chairs with a blanket if you get cold. Big Thumbs Up for me. 👍👍👍

The best cinema I've been too, the premier experience is amazing. Reclining seats and a blanket along with food and drinks brought in at your request. All for just 100,000 IDR or $10 bucks Australian. Super comfortable and just a great experience, I would definitely come here again to watch a movie.

Best cinema I've found in Bali! Premiere experience great for watching blockbusters and well worth it just for the seats! Good food and service and relatively cheap too.
