Nice and friendly staffs. The doctors always try to make time for visit although they all are busy.

The emergency service is terrible. Probably like most of the “commercial” hospital, they give you good service when you show them the money. But in emergency situation, hospital suppose to treat the patient first then ask for money, they just ignore the emergency patient until the fee actually paid. And for the bpjs user, i heard they got the worst attitude from the staff.

The hospital is relatively small, but they have good facility. The doctors are experienced and other staff are capable as well. Services are considered very good with less queue in front office, chemist, and cashier. One small issue, to find parking space is difficult.
