It should be 4.5 stars But I gave it 5 anyway because of the excellent service.
It is a big resort and good for family. It is old so lots of their facilities need maintanance so it is a bad points for them. Even my bed has a squeaky noise. But to be fair. for these price you cannot ask for more.
They have a lot facilities like A LOT. indoor pool, sand beach volley, indoor basketball even a library. so it is better to stay in this resort with large number of groups.
Up: All the staff are friendly and well trained.
Down: Maintanance please!

An old hotel with renovation here and there..but very nice food..a good getaway for office meetings and family holiday...

Nice place to stay, clean swimming pool & gym. Always crowded on the weekend. Overall nice, so cheap. 😊

Good experience while visit during family trip. Although room furniture was not new, its OK because ambience quite good. We can feel luxury room resort experience. But, bathroom need improvement and extra towel need some new things. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I think variations dinner menu need some improvement.
Some of resort facilities was under maintenance, like bowling, badminton court. I feel dissapointed because if that resort facilities under maintanance/out service, they shouldn't gave guest coupon.
Overall swimming pool awesome and scenery of this resort was epic.

Nice hotel, the facilities are awesome and complete, except the sauna and Jacuzzi only available at 16 pm to 20 pm. the breakfast is standard taste, nice place to stay with family.

This hotel is unique. It requires all of the visitor to keep focus and stay healthy, why? The rooms are located far away from the lobby, and is confusing for the new visitors. The breakfast, lunch, and the dinner was the best. All of menu are really tasty, and appealing. Must try all!

The resort has excellent facilities, variety selection of swimming pools with sauna room, gym, indoor sports like table tennis, squash, basketball, futsal and children's playground. Unfortunately the shower room needs a little bit improvement.

Best facility hotel and villa in Batu, Malang. Free Bowling, Karaoke, Swiming pool, etc. Keep it up!

I thingk this resort is very amazing. I like traditional touch in their building. Especially they have a large ballroom, for around a half of soccer yard.
The service is quite friendly and fast. The food is fine, not so very "tastefull" but it's delicieux.
The security staffs are good. They have quick respons in accommodation.

I thought it was just a nice old hotel.. However as I spent more time here, the more I see that it was not just some hotel!
Room was good with good space and oldish design.
Food was amazing through and through! And also cheap! Even the temperature of food for in-room dining was near perfect!
The strongest point of this hotel is the facilities.. What I paid for is worth it because of the unbelievable facilities..
They have indoor and outdoor basketball fields, indoor badminton field, indoor bowling alley (4 lanes, only 2 lanes worked though) , 2 pool tables, soccer table, a karambol(indonesian/Asian table pool kind of), a squash field, sauna and fog room, indoor therapeutic pool, a gym with nice table tennis, and a huge garden.
Not enough? They even have a library! A VERY GOOD library with VERY nice collection for books!
And yes, they are all WELL / VERY WELL MAINTAINED.
The places are spread throughout the hotel among (I think) 3 buildings, to get from your room to dining area, pool or activity area, you will have to walk through bridges, or cut your way through the gardens!
A perfect place for a hotel getaway, where you can sleep, eat, drink, play, sport, stroll, or just spend time..
But if you're just looking for a place to stay or rest, this might not be the hotel for you..
I, for one, will definitely stay here if I'm in malang/batu..

Very satisfied with my stay here! The room was clean and comfy with terrific view, the food was delicious, and the facilities were very complete. The pool was pretty, the fitness center was quite complete, and there is even a library which was always a great plus for me. The staffs were polite and welcoming as well. Looking forward to another stay here, I would really like to try the massage pool!

This hotel is a good place for family vacation. You will find so many entertaiment facilities such karaoke, bowling, billiard, library, and etc. Beside of that, it is located near interested place in malang.

Their service was very pleasant and responsible. They treat customers very well. Our room looks so clean and comfy. And also, they have many good views. About their foods, i give them score 7 out of 10.
Unfortunately, the hotel facilities are not well maintained, so some of them we couldn't use it properly.
Overall, I am satisfied. Great experience stayed a night at Klub Bunga Butik Resort.

Near Jatimpark 1. Nice view, good facilities. Get free karaoke voucher, lots of swimming pool, free sports facilities include badminton, ping pong, billiard. Also there is library.
