One of the few remaining Sultanate palace in Indonesia. Most buildings in the premises are quite original, including the Sultan's private collection such as the royal carts, jewelries, weapon sets, etc. However, overall it was not so well preserved. Maybe because they are lacking of funds for the building maintenance.

Kebersihan kurang, padahal ada kotak dana tersendiri untuk kebersihan, di luar tiket masuk... toilet dikelola perorangan, selain membayar retribusi 2000an per orang kebersihan masing2 toilet tidak standard.
Banyak peminta2 yg masuk dan mengikuti pengunjung; sehingga agak kurang nyaman. Tempat ini menarik untuk dikunjungi karena perpaduan budaya yg luar biasa dapat dijumpai pada ornamen2nya. Perpaduan budaya Indonesia dengan keberagaman pengaruh muslim, kristen, hindu dan budha. Sungguh Indonesia banget. Pemda setempat harusnya lbh memperhatikan perawatan kawasan wisata ini, krn jika dikelola benar bisa menjadi salah satu lokasi wisata sejarah yg paling banyak dituju wisatawan.

One of the oldest ancient palace at java island. Nowadays, we can see all of historical relics from cheribon empire at Museum of Keraton Kasepuhan where located inside of Palace.

This place is way much better than I expected. It's clean, not like the Keraton Kanoman (I really don't recommend to visit there). So many interesting story if you accompanied by local guide they will take you walk and tell the history. Just give some tips to appreciate. I enjoyed my time here.

Nice palace to see some history. Need to pay separately for the old Keraton and for the Museum. The main palace itself only open for public only in 2 different days per year

Salah satu ikon kesultanan Indonesia yg berada di Jawa Barat. Termasuk mahal untuk masuk ke dalam keraton dibanding 2 keraton lainnya. Namun dgn membayar lebih anda bisa mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai sejarah keraton dari tour guide. Atau bisa saja seperti saya yg hanya ikut mencuri dengar dari tour guide yg menjelaskan secara berapi2.

It is the best historical site in Cirebon that you must visit. It's also good for kids education on Indonesian backgrounds

The biggest Palace in Cirebon. I suggest you to use guide service,. You will find him when you buy an entry ticket. The service price is 50K Rups/hour. The guide will explain you every detail of this palace. The entry ticket is 15K.
Some rooms are restricted, because they are used by the King.
You have to spend more 25K to enter to the museum.

Beautiful, big yet need to be taken care of at some part of the buildings. The entrance fee is cheap you can also pay extra money for the guide so that there will be clear explanation about the place. Oh yeah, the guide said that we can have extra fee again to the bathing place. I haven't tried it though, yet it is believed that if you pray while bathing it is good for the future or something. Some kind of javanese's wishing well or in this case wishing bath

One of sultanate's palace in Cirebon. The admission fee is Rp 10k for local tourist and Rp 50 for foreigner during weekdays. While during the weekend, the price is Rp 20k for local and Rp 70k for foreigner. Not really much to see in the palace and some of the buildings was not maintained.

Historical palace and museum inside, the collections weapons, tools, clothes of the palace are incredible...we could be helped by internal guide to explain all history in the past, recommend to visit..💙💙🇮🇩🇲🇨🇲🇨💯🏆🥇🙏🌟🆒🆒🆒

It is one of the oldest Islamic kingdom in Indonesia. The building is very well maintained and the complex has a very nice museum that housed many hidden treasures. Definitely worth to visit.

Such a great historical place in the center of Cirebon, west Java, Indonesia. Full of attractive spot to take photos. Although the weather is usually so hot here, but the museum, the historical well, and other features inside are worth it. It's better to come here in weekdays because it will be crowded on weekends and holiday

If you prefer to explore this sites by yourself, you CAN'T someone will follow you and star to follow,and rambling on about the place.then at the end the person is expecting some money from you.
Again, how accurate is the information the person is providing.

Good places for sight seeing. So many trees and quite windy. You can see weapons from the ancient era. If you visit cirebon, i recommend you to visit this place

Keraton kasepuhan is not as great as Keraton in Yogyakarta. Pretty small and you can I explore it less than hours with no guide, 1 hour with guide. Not many collection exhibited-even in the museum. You can ask for guide but if you are not companied by any, the book seller will follow you and they might ask fee "as you wish" by the end of the trip. Beware. But you can always buy their book. Cost for 10.000/ $1

Cirebon's king lives in the palace, but open for public to visit. There is a museum inside the area, mostly about history of Islam in Cirebon. Tips: hire the guide to explain you about the museum and bring water since you have to walk away

When I visited the place, somehow it looked very disorganized. IDR20k entrance fee, but inside, there many beggars, begging money from the visitors. The museum is not well-maintained; dusty and not professionally organized.

The palace for Cirebon Kingdom. Many traditional artifacts like weaponry, musical instruments, paintings, horse rides, etc. Quite well maintained. Tips: hire a guide to inform you about the historical site

This 'Keraton' or Castle is very nice but last time when we went there, so many local guides that forced us to be with. Lots of story in each building. So Historic!

The better maintained keraton in Ceribon and become a heritage tourism site. The keraton has its own mosque, square (alun-alun) and various period buildings. These buildings are inside the walled area, keraton. The sultan resides in the keraton.

This is the historical place that you can find story about Keraton Cirebon. The name of the place give us the information that this Keraton is primary place before the Keraton Kanoman had started.

kesini saat ada perayaan maulid nabi. Wah rame banget, ada pasarnya. Seru sih, tapi wisata keratonnya jadi kurang nyaman karena pengunjung yang membludak.
