This is definitely the most underrated place Ive ever stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was bigger and better than the pictures. The grounds are beautiful and serene. It is easy to get places with the airport and city shuttle. They even booked us a Komodo tour for 650,000 IDR a person which included transfer, hiking, snorkeling with manta rays and a small reef, Komodo island, and breakfast and lunch. We had the most comfortable stay and everything was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer

excellent staff, very friendly, very clean and big rooms, very nice dining area, gorgous layout and beautiful beach. Wi-Fi is ok if you are close to the lobby. the further away from the lobby weaker the Wi-Fi is. there are steps so if you are using a wheelchair or having problems going up and down the steps this is not place for you.

One of the best hotels on pantai pede. Good food in front of a great garden,clean beach with bean bags, God pool

Lovely place. Friendly staff, great food at restaurant. Only suggestion would be to have someone at pool to take food and drink orders, but hey, first world problem ...

Great stay. Excellent staff and service. Food was good too. The beds are very comfortable. Would recommend.
The only downsides were: gap underneath our door allowed for mosquitoes to come in. The beach isn't that nice and the lounge chairs could us some updating. The wifi was unreliable and spotty, but I still give the hotel 5 stars for service and value.

very nice hotel. not sure if this is the best hotel in labuan bajo, but it's indeed the good one. it has private beach that was cleaned every morning, but if you come in rainy season the trash would piled up by noon. it has no bicycle rental near by as the ad said, and the kayak is for rental not free. the electricity went off once while we are there. there are space for improvement almost in every aspects, except the staffs. they are all very well trained, very helpful, polite and friendly. the hotel also provide free shuttle to and from airport & to the main town at selected hour.

What a fabulous hotel! The food, service, rooms, location, facilities, etc... everything was perfect. Located on a private, clean beach that offers superb sunset views, the hotel has expansive gardens with a wonderful assortment of flowering and fruiting plants.
The pool is wonderful, peaceful and clean. We stayed in both types of rooms; villa and deluxe. Both were fabulous and spacious but the villa was out of this world!
Can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Not a typical 5 star hotel, more like 3, but such friendly staff and compared to other hotels in the area, great value. They organised our boat tour to komodo and ask done with a great smile.
Beautiful gardens too, the beach is nothing special though.

A perfect, secluded hotel away from Labuanbajo centre. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. The rooms are huge and so is the garden area. Highly recommend, one of the best places in all of Flores.

Nice hotel a little outside Labuan Bajo-a hotel offers transport to the harbour. Super friendly staff. Quite big rooms. I loved the bed with mosquito nets. The beach is amaizing, be sure to wait for the sunset
Bring antimosquito repellent!

What a wonderful resort this is. They have thought of everything at the most reasonable price. Idyllic lush gardens, beachfront with bean bags in the shade, pool with lounger chairs around, helpful attentive but not intrusive staff, shuttle service, undercrowded. Well done the staff, management and owners.

Nice and clean hotel with pool and beach access. Beside the hotel beach the normal beach gets really dirty with loads of trash.
Far away from town but they offer regular free shuttle.

In this area you should not expect a luxury hotel. This is a relatively good hotel. Very kind and helpful manager who is really can help you to get around. The beach is not really for swimming, but nice to sit there. The food is just average good but the deep fried mixed seafood is very fresh. Obviously they do not have deep fried delivery service for the hotels. I ordered massage they come from the town but it was not really good.

Lovely, quiet, and serene. There is a small beach at the back, pool near the beach, good breakfast, good management and staff, they serve u with smiles everytime. The important thing is, athough it is far from town, they have shuttle service. Recommended for this normal budget hotel.

Beautiful property and room, pool temp was perfect, cozy new beach and pool facilities. Delicious and affordable food (including veg options) - best breakfast. Really lovely staff - best service we've had in all of Asia. And the most comfortable beds we've slept in in months. Free shuttle service too! Love this place!

The Puri Sari beach hotel was great value for money. The surrounds were lush and peaceful, with limited rooms so few people to disturb the tranquillity. The staff went out of their way always and the food was outstanding but also reasonably priced. Would stay here again and highly recommend to all

Definitely worth the price. Breakfast is limited but included in price. Bottled water supply for guests is limited and when empty not replaced until the next day. However there is a market down the street which is very cheap by Western standards.
