Comfortable, clean, safety, ATM and many restaurants. There are many staffs on site. And you can enjoy Starbucks coffee shop.

Nice clean station. You could print the booking ticket easily, just find the booth in front of the entrance gate. Love it!

A huge and well managed train station. But I think it’s better to renew the lighting system there especially in the underground lounge because it’s a little too dim

It is a train station, but a well functioning one, which is not self evident in Indonesia. There are shops and lots of food can be bought. Tickets can be bought on the stand or on ticket machines. All is well functioning. A nice experience.

overall the station is clean and tidy, but the seating is barely enough. The waiting area is outdoor so there's no air conditioning, but also no fans (platform area)

Bila stasiun Beos adalah stasiun tersibuk untuk semua jalur, maka Gambir adalah stasiun tersibuk untuk jalur KA jarakjauh. Tidak melayani kommuter. Prasarana nya sudah jauh lebih lengkap sekarang dengan banyak tempat2 makan branded di sekitar lobby bawah. Fasilitas jalan menurut saya urang nyaman bagi #Kursi roda. Parkiran aman namun agak mahal. Kalo tidak krusial sebaiknya jangan sering pakai kendaraan pribadi kesini.

Arguably the biggest and busiest railway station in Indonesia. It has a huge area and building. Situated in Central Jakarta, this station is supported by lots of other transportation mode. Taxi, bike taxi, bus, electrical train, etc.

Ticket changes queue took me 2 hours almost 3 hours and just opened 2 counters, while the "Go Show" counter more idle. For the service of the BUMN class like this needs to be more improved. Better ticket service even on the night bus/private company with more more faster service with less assets.

It's usually crowded here, no wonder, this is one of the biggest train station in Indonesia.
Here you will see clean, neat and big place. You also can buy many snacks and meals here to accompany your wait for your trip. Many on site staff here, so don't afraid to not get info about your train and they are so welcome to help you.

The quality of service, comfort, and cleanliness is improved very much. Counter for reservation and cancellation/rescheduling should be add more since the queue is always very long.

Busy station with many directions start from this station. It's a big station. There is a transit hotel at the 2nd floor. And food court available here at the groundfloor. There are two section to go to the second floor. See the sign before you take the escalator. Different direction of the train with different section or platform. Just keep in mind with the directions. Not too many staff at the second floor, just prepared yourself with information before.

Nice main train station, have a view of Indonesian National Monument. The passenger system is considerably good. The only problem is that this station is disconnected to Jakarta Commuter Line service, which made passengers have to transit to the commuter line station next/before, then using other type of transportation to reach this main station. Rather ridiculous for me.

Jakarta's largest train station is okay. You'll get on your train easily. But if you're arriving here, the only way to get to your next destination straight from the station is by car or taxi. There's no connecting KRL line, and to use the TransJakarta you have to walk quite a bit.
There's also plenty of shops to help you get ready for your journey.

The main station to depart/arrive from/to numerous provinces at Java.
There are lots of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and minimarts nearby.
The praying room and toilets are easily accessible and pretty clean.
You can stay at the capsule hotel on the 2nd floor of the station.

Many upgrades ongoing. The ground floor public toilets are much bigger and brighter. Many self-service ticket printing counters are in operation.

Print my boarding pass by scanning my booking code. Easy. There are some officers to help you if you find any difficulties.
You can enter the gate 1 hour before departure time. Your identification card is needed by the gate officer to verify your boarding pass.
To get to the train, you can use the stairs or the elevator next to the gate officer.

It has been such a long time since the last time I went to this station. Improved A LOT. Better services,
and public facilities. But if only there's another toilet on 1st floor, would be nicer. Anyway, hope it gets better from time to time.

The station has shown significant progress. Now the place is more convenient and modern. E-ticketing is the future. Self check-in is made easy. No more scalper.
The place also have many eatery for waiting train.

Food n drinks are complete from local and modern dishes. Staffs are helpful and in general the station is clean and comfort.

Train Station Gambir close by Monas.. clean ..clear announcement...many restaurant and coffee shop...easy for go to Soekarno Hatta International Airport connecting with Bus Damri direct to the airport.

The station is great, clean, tidy including the toilet. It has clear announcement for departure and arrival of train. This station is only for executive class of train. For those who purchase business class and economy class ticket, you should go to Station Pasar Senen.

One of some great public services. The cleaning service have a great services too for cleaning the hall, waiting rooms and toilets. The trains have become more tidy, cleaner, and modern too. Always have a great experiences when traveling with train from Gambir Station.

Good public service! Hats off to PT. KAI for giving maximum services to their customers. I suppose this is the busiest train station in Indonesia.

It's getting better now. Although it still not quite tidy. But now they have a transit hotel, lots of mini market, restaurants, even fashion store. Nice. Good progress.

This is the best Railways Station in Indonesia I've ever seen, it's easy to reach by public transport, the station is very clean including the toilets.
There are also a lot of restaurants and some popular fast food stores, easy to find the food we like
